Whatever you meet on the inner path has a lesson for you. Whatever it may be, its there to teach you about yourself.
There is a lesson in every encounter.
It’s important to have your inner instinct on watch, not to block your sense of trust, more to be in line with trusting your deeper sense of intuition.
If the being presents itself in shadow form, its an opportunity to look at what shadows you hold that may need befriending and releasing.
If the being presents as a wondrous enlightened being, yet the image is unstable or something feels off, it’s an opportunity to learn discernment and see beyond the tricksters game.
When something is in alignment with your higher heart, your whole being will relax in response and you won’t even need to question it.

The child who is taught that their emotions do not matter, becomes the adult who struggles with acknowledging their feelings.
The child will become the adult who lacks emotional awareness. Who does not know what emotion feels like in their body. Will feel emotions like it’s their first time experiencing it, every time.
Imagine that you’re filling water in a glass. Water is your emotions, the glass is your body.
Someone who doesn’t have good emotional awareness will only see the problem when the water finally overflows, and *not* when it’s dangerously reaching the brim.
The child will become the adult who holds their emotions in until a faint breeze comes in that makes them break.
The adult will end up getting trapped in this cycle of not acknowledging the problem until they have to clean up the mess. They will lack emotional accountability and the inability to create spaces for emotional safety for themselves and others.
Let’s change this by prioritizing the need for acknowledging the body. It’s not healthy to go weeks on end without checking in with yourself. It will always end up with the glass overflowing. Slow down, sit down, and take some seconds out of your day to ask how you’re feeling.
Use this emotion wheel for recognizing the reason you are struggling communicating emotions. May it help to identify them.
When experiencing a strong emotion, use the wheel to identify and write it down. Start with the umbrella center emotions and work it through the middle and outer tiers.

She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward. She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right. She didn’t promise to let go. She didn’t journal about it. She didn’t write the projected date in her day-timer. She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope. She just let go. She didn’t analyse whether she should let go. She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter. She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. She didn’t call the prayer line. She didn’t utter one word. She just let go. No one was around when it happened. There was no applause or congratulations. No one thanked her or praised her. No one noticed a thing. Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go. There was no effort. There was no struggle. It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad. It was what it was, and it is just that. In the space of letting go, she let it all be. A small smile came over her face. A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore.
New Beginnings: Love ~ Listen to your heart. Embrace what makes you happy. There are one million reasons to love ~ Today I will love. Before I talk I will listen. Before I criticize I will forgive. Before I judge I will think. I remember that after all of this is over, the only thing that will really count is how we treated each other and how much we have loved.

I will be gentle with myself and give my soul the love it deserves. I will focus on everlasting love and let it gently flow into the world. Manifestation and Flow:Mercy ~ Let compassion fill your world. Offer kindness to all living things. What you give you also receive ~ Today I will live in compassion, for myself and others. It could be that they plan the most heinous result for those who insist on standing in their individuality, exercising their free will, stating their divinity and unnecessary joining in with any particular entity.
When you get “horney” it is a sign of excess buildup of energy in the lower chakras. Maintenance of ones own energy is crucial to mental health.
If personal energies are out of balance it can distort every thought form that comes, it can pervert every relationship, it can leave one open to infiltration and manipulation, seen and unseen.
These days, there are many in the unseen who feel their time of “1000 years” is upon them.
The time of possessing many virgins, and various forms of innocence.
They are taking privileges, tasting the sexual energy of the lower chakras in the feminine, and most certainly in the masculine as well.
They are tasting and “choosing” that which they will feed upon and manipulate during their residence here.
If they are permitted to stay … to infiltrate the kingdom of god within every human soul.
This is the war everyone knew was coming, yet so many do not realize they are on the midst of.
Guard your energy, maintain balance in your energy centers, manage your sexual energies so they cannot be used against you.

You are NOT a commodity, here for the USE of those who would enslave you, who would claim your Soul, Spirit, and energy as their own.

I’m not saying to go out and protest, to make a big stink in the visual world.
I’m saying it is critical that you honor your instincts, and not be led around by the nose by those who would tell you the proper way of living and responding to trespass … especially when it domes to your Soul energy.
Guard it with everything you have, as it is the most Sacred Essence of who and what you are.
You are finer than ANY jewel or metal … more precious than any form of currency, AND the most desired and treasured among the unseen who long to possess you.

Other fears you feel are but shadows that you have made real and given substance. They serve only to make you doubt yourself, to question your good judgement, to fear success, to restrict and limit.
