Today is a day to focus on nurturing. I can nurture the people and other beings around me that need to be nurtured. Nurturing can be physical, by helping with material needs for sustenance or growth. Or it can be emotional, showing love, attention, and respect. Today I will look for ways to nurture my friends, my family, and my environment with my thoughts, my words, and my actions.

Molecular Compaction, Monadic Reversal, is the reason why we die.
That is the ultimate cause of Death behind every single malady, as far as health stuff. Due our shield reversals and thus the inability of the shields and DNA, and therefore the body, to be able to receive and synthesize naturally the normal currents from the Soul.
Fear just gets in our way, and it stops you from realizing you have the power to do exactly what you need.
One of the worst fears on this planet is the fear of Death. That is the worst insult to Life and to Eternal Life that exists, because if you are afraid of dying you just don’t get it at all. You just really think there isn’t a God-Source. You have no clue that the Universe is loving, because if you really are afraid of death, and we are programmed to believe in being afraid of dying, you completely deny your own Christiac Self and your ability to do anything.

We are all connected ~ We are dependent upon others for life. If we destroy the very things upon which we depend, we too shall perish. We are all connected. We are all one. Do harm to the natural world and you do harm to yourself. You are more than just a part of the human race; you are a child of Gaia. You are brother and sister to all life and living things. Love them as you love yourself. Sustain them as you sustain yourself.
You were born to create ~ You were blessed with the ability to create with thought, intention, action and emotion. Be conscious of your power and aware of what your actions and reactions create within and around you. Cherish this gift and use it in both a wise and productive manner. Create beauty, and inspire a desire within others to do the same. Create a future that both fulfills and delights. Do what you were born to do.
Let go of the old ~ Are you holding on to beliefs and notions that no longer serve you? Are you blocking your own growth and forward momentum because you fear to end a chapter in your life? Going along in life it may sometimes feel as though everything has fallen apart, literally.
You may tell yourself you’ve failed, others may say the same, reaffirming your thoughts of insufficiency.
Since we are always at choice, we have the opportunity to shift perspective, to see it from another angle.
Perhaps when things seem to fall apart, or literally do, instead of seeing it as failure, seeing it as simply an opportunity to come at it from a different position, or frame of mind.
Perhaps it is an opportunity to realize that the way one is thinking about the situation needs rebirthing, refreshed.
Perhaps it is a necessary step in the process, a baby step if you will, to the next level of reality in the situation.
Usually, personal growth is made in increments. Every time there is a set back it can feel like a failure, but is only a step in the right direction, one step at a time, a continual birthing and death to perception of the circumstance.
Rather than allowing our self to fray and fall apart every time a step is made, every time we walk out of the old and into the new, an embrace for the newness ought to be cultivated in mind. A sense of gratitude for the progression in the issue, and indeed in life itself, held in mind and honored by the spirit within.
You are not failing my dear, nor are your efforts wasted. You are in a continual state of rebirthing yourself, ever more into higher perspectives and realities.

Vibration in quantum physics means everything is energy. We are vibrant beings on certain frequencies. Every vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the “Vibrational” world there are only two vibrations, positive and negative. Every thought emits a frequency to the universe and this frequency goes back to origin, so in the case, if you have negative thoughts, discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all this comes back to you. The people around you directly influence your vibration frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive and determined people, you will also enter this vibration. Indeed, they can reduce your frequency and therefore prevent you from using the law of attraction in your favor.

Music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that talks about death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all this will interfere with what you are feeling. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it could reduce your vibration frequency. And Remember: you attract exactly what you feel in your life.

When you look at programs that deal with misfortunes, dead, betrayals, etc. Your brain accepts this as a reality and releases a whole chemistry into your body, which affects your vibration frequency. Look at things which cause you to feel good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.
5TH – * the atmosphere *
Whether it’s at home or at work, if you spend a lot of time in a messy and dirty environment, it will also affect your vibration frequency. Improve what surrounds you, organize and clean your environment. Show the universe that you are fit to receive much more. Take care of what you already have!
6TH – * the word *
If you claim or speak wrong about things and people, it affects your vibration frequency. To keep your frequency high, it is essential to eliminate the habit of complaining and bad talking about others. So avoid drama and bullying. Assume your responsibility for the choices of your life!

Gratitude positively affects your vibration frequency. This is a habit you should integrate now into your life. Start to give thanks for everything, for the good things and what you consider to be bad, say thank you for all the experiences you’ve experienced.
