Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.
One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.
I release any thoughts of deserving punishment. There is no shame in my process.
I leave behind the need to compete.
I embody the light of peace.
I do what feels truthful.
I live in wholeness to my best ability.
Everything I need for success is within me.
The next phase of my life will naturally happen.
I welcome a return to Divinity.
All guilt or shame I’ve embodied around having needs, I release now. I move beyond it.
I accept the gift of happiness.
I nurture harmony in my life.
I ask that the beauty in my life be shown to me.
I use my words in a constructive way that supports sweet relationships.
I allow my creativity to come alive.
I honor the path of my love.
I release false belief.
I take steps that will bring me closer to my dreams.
The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.
You have the ability to go with the flow, and the potential to own your power. You are sovereign, wild, and free. Whenever you find yourself in a challenging circumstance, your charge is to enlarge!
Your mandate is to become a heart space so large that all the world can fit within it ~ all parts of you and all parts of humanity, all parts of life, with no-thing left out.
Stop resisting. Open and allow the diversity of life and the entire ocean of emotion of all sentient beings to be celebrated and loved.
You are connecting with your own multidimensional wisdom, intelligence, and healing.
You are becoming a more telepathic, advanced version of yourself.

Keep fresh before me the moments of my high resolve, that in fair weather or in foul, in good times or in tempests, in the days when darkness and the foe are nameless or familiar, I may not forget that to which my life is committed. Keep fresh before me the moments of my high resolve. ~ Howard Thurman
Mantra :: I am a citizen of both heaven and earth. I soar high and land with grace.

For truly the awakened seeker is caught between two worlds. Not necessarily stranded or snared but certainly aware of and needing to relate to worlds that seem very separate. Responding to the demands of physical incarnation, the need for supply, warmth, shelter, food, clothing, and all the considered necessities of the life is, in itself, not an easy or simple task.
The question of worth is always present. What is worth more, free time or more money? What is worth more, intensity of effort or material success from effort? Questions like this are not easily answered and in the context of an everyday life it seems that these demands of supply and finding ways of meeting [the] challenge of each day create more than enough opportunity for new things, new experiments, new ways, and new directions.
At the same time as this world of the horizontal takes up the three dimensions of your days there is at the same time within you, a vertical life that seeks always to reach higher and to go deeper, to find the springs of inspiration within the roots of consciousness and to find the guidance from up above. And it comes through earnest desire and persistent asking.
•I am big, not small •I am worthy •I am enough •I am the creator of my reality •I am a powerful being •I got this •I can do it •I am learning and evolving every second of the day •I am strong •I am important •I believe in myself and I don’t care what others think •I am love •I am…
For ‘I AM’ are the most important words you can say- because whatever comes after it, is what you must become.
Change the way you talk to yourself and the world around you will change to match you. It’s law!
*What have you been saying about yourself that needs to change today?
From time to time, people tell me, “lighten up, it’s just a dog,” or “that’s a lot of money for just a dog.” They don’t understand the distance traveled, the time spent, or the costs involved for “just a dog.”
Some of my proudest moments have come about with “just a dog.” Many hours have passed and my only company was “just a dog,” but I did not once feel slighted.
Some of my saddest moments have been brought about by “just a dog,” and in those days of darkness, the gentle touch of “just a dog” gave me comfort and reason to overcome the day.
If you, too, think it’s “just a dog,” then you will probably understand phrases like “just a friend,” “just a sunrise,” or “just a promise.”
“Just a dog” brings into my life the very essence of friendship, trust, and pure and unbridled joy.
“Just a dog” brings out the compassion and patience that makes me a better person.
Because of “just a dog,” I will rise early, take long walks and look longingly to the future. So for me and folks like me, it’s not “just a dog” but an embodiment of all the hopes and dreams of the future, the fond memories of the past, and the pure joy of the moment.
I hope that someday they can understand that it’s not “just a dog,” but the thing that gives me humanity and keeps me from being “just a man/woman.” So the next time you hear the phrase “just a dog,” just smile–because they “just don’t understand.”
I just woke saying … and then I had to walk thru fire.
What the heck? Someone quizzing me on my capabilities?
Who am I?
All my life I have lived fully transparent, wearing my emotion, my strength, and my weaknesses in their fullness for all to see. I’ve never shrunk my experience to make others more comfortable. I’ve lived it with its intensity, in its rawness, in it bigness.
I requested that the archangels keep my subconscious self and all that dwells there private from the violator, protecting the identities of those friends and family I commune with in the astral.
Perhaps it was friends and family inquiring about my prelife training and skills.
Even tho I requested these things remain private from the violator, it would not surprise me if they had developed a way to see thru this veil. And even if they have … I will still live fully authentic and transparent.
I am right here. I am not hiding, nor am I being sneaky in any way. I am who I am .. whoever that is… hahaha
