Many people have become habitual prayers, asking for this and for that. The prayer form has taken on something that resembles the three wishes of a genie … praying to the Djinn.
Prime Creator is your “partner”. If you insist on treating yourself and others like crap, well, you’ll most likely receive the same … until you actually tire of it and change your habits.

I used to believe habits needed breaking, and recently learned a better framing for that, which takes so much burden off the psyche.
We don’t break habits, we change them.
Just flow into the next format, whatever you wish to try on next. When you find a format that isn’t toxic or destructive, awesome, keep it and continue to grow.
Do all that is necessary to ground yourselves. As the process accelerates, you will find yourselves in the midst of “tornadoes”. Exercise your power to remain calm.
This world has nearly eight billion people. If only five hundred million, collectively invited the Galactics for open contact, for mass landings, it would happen in an instant.
I guarantee you, 100%, there would be DIRECT Galactic intervention if millions were to take a peaceful stand against tyranny, and the few dark ones attempted a killing spree.
If the majority was truly “awakened” as they claim to be, no weapons would be required. Simply because you would have millions & millions taking a stand peacefully. These are different times, and no government would be allowed to just “kill” those unarmed numbering in the millions.
The end game is being played out in front of your eyes. Everybody knows their role. There are those that still believe in weapons. And those who believe in a peaceful revolution.
This process is a challenge for all, but masters will hold the light regardless of what unfolds in the outer world. And this is what you are. You already are an ascended master. You have done this times before, you ascended many times. This is why you were chosen.
The change that has unfolded on Earth in the last fifty years, you are going to see that amount of change or more within the next five years alone.
For myself, it is surprising to say the least, that there are still many who think the “war” unfolding on Earth is still pushed by negative ET’s. This is false. Negative ET’s gave up control over Earth in 1996. Everything that unfolded on Earth since then has been a doing of your so called leaders and the deep state, with secret societies. There’s been a few skirmishes in space between the benevolent Galactics and some small factions of negative ET’s, who never stood a chance.
You will see more chaos unfold in the months to come. And those that remain within the 3D vibrational frequency, will be affected one way or another. While others who have already chosen another reality, of a higher vibration, will continue their expansion uninterrupted.
Be kind no matter what. Even those who may hurt you, those who may not be aware of what you do for them and they do nothing for you. Always be kind. Be kind until their walls breakdown. And they finally see the truth.
Breathing is so important. Which very few people breath correctly. From my perspective, two correct ways for breathing. One, breath in through both nostrils and release through both nostrils. Two, breath through both nostrils and release through mouth(lips close together).
As you continue to expand in consciousness, you will see the magnificence that you truly are. You will see this magnificence in the outer world also. And you will begin to create miracles which not too long ago most people did not even dream about.
It is not what you know about the outside world. It is what you know about the within, yourself, that makes you a powerful being. So it is not the “informed” that change the world. It is the “spiritually awakened” that change the world with the light they find within.
As you continue to expand in consciousness, you will see the magnificence that you truly are. You will see this magnificence in the outer world also. And you will begin to create miracles which not too long ago most people did not even dream about.
You may have forgotten, but you still carry the energy of the star system which you came from. Ask your soul to open that part of you, to connect your now consciousness to that part of you, to the energy of the star you system you came from. Pleiades, Arcturus, Sirius, Andromeda.
Within the past few days, higher energy templates have been downloaded into your consciousness. This is triggering new activations within your being, particularly more strands of DNA, the chakras, change in the vibration of your cells.
Whether at this time you are experiencing rage, fear, hatred, anger, or any other feelings that may be out of alignment because of what you see in the outer world, know that these are feelings from your past coming to the surface to be healed and released.
DNA activation plays a direct role in the ascension of a people, and consciousness evolution for the entire planet.
If you worry about the “future”, you are sending that lower energy of the now to the future. When you arrive to that future, you will experience more of that worry, and perhaps worse.
… Other than auras, tinkling bells, and a healing touch, is that you start valuing idle daydreaming as much as you value planning.
Another is that you begin talking sweetly, not only to plants and trees, but to cars and toasters and computers.
And, quite unequivocally, feeling gratitude for your present challenges, love for lousy drivers, and sympathy for those who don’t see service in their work.
Signifies your contribution to the relationship: Love, Compassion
All wounds stem from the illusion of separation from Source and all of Creation. The route to healing this wound is through cultivating love and compassion for every being on this planet, including yourself. Not a bland standard of unquestioned acceptance, but a heartfelt sense of profound relatedness to whatever you perceive as apart fron yourself. True compassion requires not only the feeling of warmth that emanates when you are in touch with your heart center, but in acts of kindness, even if this simply means being a fully attentive listener.
Respect the fact that your heart is a giver (putting out electrical energy) and a receiver (drawing in magnetic energy). These energies Re best sensed by attending to the steady flow of your breathing while also noticing your heart area. Righteousness, fear, anger, and judgment are some common ways to block your natural desire to love. Forgiveness is not only letting go of judgement, but also seeing through the illusion that you and All-That-Is are separate. Look about you and inside of you, and do your best to love whatever you see.
Represents the other person and his or her contribution to the relationship: Cave, Sanctuary
There is a quiet, still place inside of you that will always be available as a sanctuary, yet finding such a space in the natural world will enhance and compliment this internal place of peace. Whether it is a cave, meadow, forest, seashore, or any other setting in Nature, this is where you can see, hear, and feel the presence of the Creator in your surroundings. Let it become a temple for your heart and soul.
Rather than having your computer, television, or any other human-mad device or activity be your sanctuary, allow yourself to discover the perfect place in Nature where you can simply be and breathe. Doing so bridges the connection between internal and external, facilitating a spiritual communion that allows your being to be aligned in dramatic and quiet reverie with All That Is. in today’s busy world, it becomes even more critical to set aside time for sanctuary, even if you have to schedule it!
The ways in which these energies come together: Ceremony, Innvocation
Whether through indifference, depression, life crisis, or any other manifestation of mental, emotional, or physical blockages, you have drifted from the intimacy with Spirit for which you yearn. It is important to do what you can to regain an experience of spiritual power that is contained within you and all around you. Do so by conducting a ceremony, one that involves not only spirit but also material objects you consider sacred.
Set up an alter in a convenient area that is apart from your usual living space. Start with representations of the four major elements (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) and then add just a few sacred objects. Set your intention for the ceremony, such as whether the purpose is for healing, celebration, or honoring a particular Earth season of cycle. Then do an invocation to call upon your spirit guide.
Breathe their presence, and ask these Divine beings to guide you throughout the process. Trust their guidance. Feel your heartbeat and keep breathing. Breath is the key to the actual experience of Spirit, and creating a ceremony is the vehicle that supports this.
Insight and understanding: Eagle, Communion
Whenever you experience a heartfelt communion with some physical expression of life – plant, animal, human, or anything else – it is only then that you can truly feel how your life force is similar to the life force that is all around you. It is only a matter of the differences in form. An essence is articulated into the physical world in a multitude of ways that is the same in everything and everyone, although it manifests in various shapes and characteristics. This essence is Spirit emanating from the core of all things.
Communion with Nature is essential for you now. Take some time to do an open-eyes meditation with any nearby animal or plant.
Relaxes your body as much as possible, breathe consciously, and keep your attention on the life-form you are communing with. After a few moments, you will notice a sense of the boundaries dissolving, and melding of the “I” and “Thou”. You may even receive messages of impressions as you find yourself in the flow of unspoken communication.

The River Queen flows into your life as an Ally to remind you about the concept of allowing and the Law of Non-attachment. Remember that all rivers come from the mountain and run to the sea to be absorbed by the larger body of water. There the liquid evaporates into clouds that rain on the mountains to continue an endless cycle of fluidity.
The River Queen requires you to be fluid and to let go of rigidity and perfectionism. You will travel far as long as you let go and let flow, even maneuvering around the greatest blockages like water streams around big boulders. No obstacle can hold you back now if you’re willing to surrender to the natural flow of events. Be easy on yourself and others, and watch how smoothly you move forward. You may be surprised where the river takes you.
The Law of Harmony is enacted when the Keeper of the Scales comes to you as an Ally. Align with her as the law states, making conscious choices that create balance in your life. When you do, you also magically align with the abundance of the Universe and the powerful forces of synchronicity. This creates conditions and possibilities that lead to the fulfillment of your highest intentions.
Harmony begins with the self and then resonates outward to others. You’re in harmony with yourself when you nurture yourself with love, respect, and acceptance, always fully taking responsibility for your actions. Only then can you be in harmony with others. This is because love is the central force that connects all of life and aligns you with like-minded others.
Restoration and the positive, fair resolution in all disputes, including those involving the legal system or other important exchanges. The Keeper of the Scales is a just and kind Ally, always making sure balance is activated on your path.
The Lady of the Gift brings a message of tithing. To be your Ally, she requires you to look at the nature and method of your giving to others. The world is your church, and you only need to distribute 10 percent of your wealth to others to ensure that the flow continues.
Yet, this doesn’t necessarily mean giving money away, nor does it imply a direct action of charity, even though the tradition of tithing is material. In fact, the kind of tithing the Lady asks of you isn’t tangible or material at all. She’s asking you to look at all human beings as important in the Divine scheme of things and show others that you believe them.
Pay attention o how you treat people and be mindful of your perception, even of seemingly “poor” strangers. If you see others as successful and abundant, and act as if you believe they have value, blessings all around are assured. Your belief in others has greater value than you could fathom. This alone guarantees your success long-term. Remember that you can only keep what you’re willing to give.
Beyond your thoughts there is the mirror of unity. It is a clear space through which you will see your true reflection. Here you can see your whole self – your shadows and your light. See that you are blessed and held in the loving field of the Divine Mother.
From the calm, neutral perspective of love, and free from the fear, guilt and judgement of the world, your higher self looks through the conflict and drama of the physical world and sees hidden meaning and purpose. From a distance, present chaos looks perfectly ordered. Seek greater awareness. Tune into the depths of your heart to find heavenly peace.
Love is the only thing you entered this world with, and it is the only thing you will take with you when you leave. It is your true essence. Everything else is transient, like clouds passing by, here for a moment and then gone. Look within and you will see that love is not a distant shore, but an ocean of light inside you.
The Divine Mother dwells in every heart. Her light is inside and all around you, for she is all that is beautiful throughout our world. She lives in every mountain, meadow, tree and blade of grass. Her light illuminates the stars, her wisdom guides the moons, her brilliance flows from the sun. She is a wild flower whose perfume teases our senses to curiosity, action and the pursuit of joyous life!
Meditation connects you with your inner world, where time melts into eternity and love is always present. Journey in mediation through the endless dimensions of self, gaze into the dark mirror of eternity and see the infinite light of your soul. Relax and go within each day, even if it is only for a few minutes. Dark, quiet, inward journeys can be as illuminated and as bright as outward ones.
Feelings, memories and emotions rise and fall in the ocean of your heart. Like flotsam, they are surrendered to the shores of consciousness. A space clears and fills with light. The ocean in your heart is but a drop in the waters of creation, beyond the boundaries of time and space. Immersed, weightless … let go; be free.
You are loved and protected even through the most difficult of trials. This is a time for healing. You need mothering or to use your mothering energy. Magic is happening!
You are enough. Build your self-esteem from the inside out. It’s your turn to shine. Be the sunshine in your own life.
A new path opens to you, and you are protected. A rite of passage is close. You are about to pass through a new gateway that will change you. Do not be afraid to open up.
