The Sun is the center of our solar system and the source of life. The child on the card reflects rebirth and resurrection as he wears the same red feather as the Fool and the Death card. He is the Fool reborn, with spiritual understanding and mastery. He rides forward on the horse of purity with his newfound freedom. The wall behind him reflects a barrier that has been crossed. The sunflowers represent all the bounty of summer and the richness of a beautiful August day. The Sun appears to fill you with optimism and let you know everything will be okay. Each of us is a Sun with our universe, friends, family, Magic, and creativity orbiting around us. You are pure consciousness and energy. Let yourself shine.
The child of earth holds an innocent nature. It reflects the parts of yourself that is lost in play, exploration and treasures of the material world. An upturned field behind the Page is the bed of possibility. What will you plant? What do you want? An attentive student. Focusing on studies and schoolwork. Thoughtful and curious nature. Focus and fascination. Playful and creative.
Intentions are sent. Energy in motion. Intentions are powerful and the eight of wands is an illustration of action in motion. What is done cannot be undone. The send button is hit, the letter is in the mail. The spell is cast. The words and incantations have been said. While you can’t undo what is done, you can pause, wait and see what the ramifications are. The energy is strong and effective. Allow the universe to work its magic. Do not try to control what has been sent. The situation is out of your hands for now. Be patient and you will get results.
A grown man looms behind my three-year-old daughter. Occasionally he will poke or tickle her and she responds by shrinking. Smaller and smaller with each unwanted advance. I imagine her trying to become slight enough to slip out of her booster seat and slide under the table.
When my mother views this scene, she sees playful taunting. A grandfather engaging with his granddaughter.
“Mae.” My tone cuts through the din of a familiar family gathering together. She does not look at me.
“Mae.” I start again. “You can tell him no Mae. If this isn’t okay you could say something like, Papa, please back up—I would like some space for my body.”
As I say the words, my step-father, the bulldog, leans in a little closer, hovering just above her head. His tenebrous grin taunts me as my daughter accordions her 30-pound frame hoping to escape his tickles and hot breath.
I repeat myself with a little more force. She finally peeks up at me.
“Mama . . . can you say it?”
Surprise. A three-year-old-girl doesn’t feel comfortable defending herself against a grown man. A man that has stated he loves and cares for her over and over again, and yet, stands here showing zero concern for her wishes about her own body. I ready myself for battle.
“Papa! Please back up! Mae would like some space for her body.”
My voice is firm but cheerful. He does not move.
“Papa. I should not have to ask you twice. Please back up. Mae is uncomfortable.”
“Oh, relax,” he says, ruffling her wispy blonde hair.
The patriarchy stands, patronizing me in my own damn kitchen. “We’re just playin’.” His southern drawl does not charm me.
“No. You were playing. She was not. She’s made it clear that she would like some space, now please back up.”
“I can play how I want with her.” He says, straightening his posture.
My chest tightens. The sun-bleached hairs on my arms stand at attention as this man, who has been my father figure for more than three decades, enters the battle ring.
“No. No, you cannot play however you want with her. It’s not okay to ‘have fun’ with someone who does not want to play.”
He opens his mouth to respond but my rage is palpable through my measured response. I wonder if my daughter can feel it. I hope she can.
He retreats to the living room and my daughter stares up at me. Her eyes, a starburst of blue and hazel, shine with admiration for her mama. The dragon has been slayed (for now). My own mother is silent. She refuses to make eye contact with me.
This is the same woman who shut me down when I told her about a sexual assault I had recently come to acknowledge.
This is the same woman who was abducted by a carful of strangers as she walked home one night. She fought and screamed until they kicked her out. Speeding away, they ran over her ankle and left her with a lifetime of physical and emotional pain.
This is the same woman who said nothing, who could say nothing as her boss and his friends sexually harassed her for years.
This is the same woman who married one of those friends.
When my mother views this scene, she sees her daughter overreacting. She sees me ‘making a big deal out of nothing.’ Her concerns lie more in maintaining the status quo and cradling my step-dad’s toxic ego than in protecting the shrinking three-year-old in front of her.
When I view this scene, I am both bolstered and dismayed. My own strength and refusal to keep quiet is the result of hundreds, probably thousands of years of women being mistreated, and their protests ignored. It is the result of watching my own mother suffer quietly at the hands of too many men. It is the result of my own mistreatment and my solemn vow to be part of ending this cycle.
It would be so easy to see a little girl being taught that her wishes don’t matter. That her body is not her own. That even people she loves will mistreat and ignore her. And that all of this is “okay” in the name of other people, men, having fun.
But. What I see instead is a little girl watching her mama. I see a little girl learning that her voice matters. That her wishes matter. I see a little girl learning that she is allowed and expected to say no. I see her learning that this is not okay.
Love is one of the most misunderstood and misplaced human experiences. Ever. Love is far more than a pleasant feeling. Love is a creative power. Love is not something you give away. It is something you reflect. Listen to understand why “I love me when I am with you” has far more balance and affection than “I love you”.
“I think unconditional love is a beautiful thing, so long as we don’t use it against ourselves. I can love all of humanity, but that doesn’t mean that I will put up with all of humanity. The boundary, for me, is set at healthy self-regard. When my unconditional love for another undermines my self-respect, the fence goes up. Not because I don’t believe in their possibilities, but because I have come to realize that there is no value in sacrificing my actuality for their potentiality.
I make a distinction between human potential — which may well be infinite – and human reality – which is often quite finite, particularly in those who choose, over decades, to remain asleep. Yes they may well awaken, but we should never postpone any part of our own life waiting for that to happen. Unconditional love begins at home, with the protecting and honoring of our own unique journey.”
As I drove to the ocean I tuned into the energy and immediately saw a burst of white light flash in my crown and throughout and around my entire being. This is by far the strongest and most purified energy of awakening I have ever experienced.
The feeling of the Creator’s desire for all to awaken at this time is very strong. This feeling is the result of the heavenly hosts who in service to the Creator, are sending the energy of pure consciousness to earth to help awaken those who are still asleep, even those in the most sound of slumbers. This energy is unwrapping our fields, pulling off layer upon layer of restrictions and limitations that the darkness placed upon us to bind our energy. This is much like removing the wrappings from a mummy except that what is inside is a glorious luminous being of light. We are being liberated to live as our divine selves.
The second image I see are golf ball size crystalline hail stones falling everywhere. These represent the incoming frequencies that are transforming the waters of the earth as well as the waters of the self to a highly purified crystalline energy state. This energy is helping to transform the planet into 5D as everything has become more crystalline including the rods & cones within our visual system. These are being adjusted and upgraded in order for us to better perceive the crystalline energy of our 5D world. The next image I see are diamond shape mirrors everywhere, mirroring beautiful heavenly light frequencies on earth. These mirrors are reflecting the heavenly kingdom, the Christ frequency of the divine self.
This is synonymous with the purified consciousness of, “Be still and know that I am God.” In the middle of this crystalline energy I am shown an image of the Christ wearing a white diamond robe with a crystalline diamond crown upon his head. Everywhere I see this high Christed energy of pure consciousness reflected by mirrors. This is truly a time of great transformation on planet earth, the result of the spiritual evolution of humanity. We evolve as we continue to anchor in the frequencies of the light of who we are. As we reflect the light energy of our Christed selves into the world, we create heaven on earth.
Anger, fear, frustration, anticipation … those emotions, many times are “other peoples” fears.
This is the energy that knocks us out of our body, out from our grounded and peaceful place, and when we try to get back into the body we cannot fully, for the energy of “you’re not okay, you don’t deserve” is sitting there.

Remember: The rigged systems in place today want to suppress your rise from Level 0 to Level 4. They wish to keep you as dumbed-down as possible so that you never become fully aware of what’s really happening around you.
Only by refusing to participate in those systems do you have a real opportunity to move up the levels and achieve the only thing that really matters: High-level consciousness.
Level 0 – “Zombie” This is the default level of total ignorance at which 90% of the population operates. They have no clue about an ything that matters such as how fiat currency systems operate, natural cures for cancer, the true dangers of vaccines, how television manipulates their behavior and so on. (These people are often experts in sports and TV sitcoms, however.)
Level 1 – “Awakened” This level is achieved when a person realizes something along the lines of “Hey, I’m living in a dream world. I’m being told lies at every turn. What is real? How can I know what is real?” This is where people start asking questions.
Level 2 – “Informed” A level 2 person is someone who has taught themselves a significant amount of real history and the way the world really works. This person will have knowledge of politics, psychology, world history, economics, natural health, the natural world (water, ecosystems, soils, etc.), basic anatomy, basic science and so on. Not even 1% of the population today qualifies as level 2. Most people operate in a state of wild ignorance of the world around them.
Level 3 – “Mastery” A level 3 person not only understands a great deal about the real world around them, they have also grasped ways to navigate through that world with great accomplishment and influence. They are innovators, creators and often communicators. Financial achievement is not the purpose here. Rather, it is achieving relevance in a world largely populated by utterly irrelevant people.
Level 4 – “Enlightenment” This level is only achieved by those of the highest dedication to spiritual awakening. You would typically only find this level of understanding in people who pursue a lifetime practice of prayer, or transcendental meditation, or a similar spiritual practice. At this level of awareness, individuals become withdrawn from the material world and really have no interest in interacting with individuals of lower levels of awareness. Far less than one in a million human beings will ever achieve level 4 “Enlightenment.”
Just to review these levels again, here are some of the keywords and concepts that typically relate to people of each level:
Level 0 – “Zombie” – Football, sports scores, TV sitcoms, processed junk food, vaccinations, playing the lotto, following doctors’ orders, submitting to apparent authority, going along with the status quo.
Level 1 – “Awakened” – Asks questions. Reads ingredients on foods. Questions their doctor. Watches documentaries instead of sports. Attempts to assess information and think rationally. Questions false authority.
Level 2 – “Informed” – Reads books. Explores alternative information. Invests in self-education. Participates in activism. Seeks to make changes in the world around them. Speaks out with friends. Challenges people’s beliefs. Reflects on their own beliefs and is capable of adaptation.
Level 3 – “Mastery” – Has great influence. Creates things. Innovates. Provides solutions. Invents new things. No television. No vaccines. No junk food. Has a very long-term perspective. Understands the “big picture.” Seeks to help others. Has compassion for living things. Recognizes the web of life on our planet.
Level 4 – “Enlightenment” – Realizes the great illusion of life. Embraces immortality of consciousness and the human spirit. Expresses compassion for others but not intervention. Never seeks to “change” others, only to invite them to expand their awareness. Recognizes inter-connectedness of all life systems. Sees the human life experience in a humorous light. Is able to tap into higher consciousness. Rarely seeks fame and not interested in financial success. Often abandons all material wealth.
