As we practice chanting, breath work, or asana in rounds of this sacred number, we become aligned with the rhythm of the universe and the energy of the divine source.

Some say Love and Happiness can make one do right, and also make one do wrong.
My perception is that Love and Happiness can never do wrong. It simply takes no shit … instead, it spews shit back onto a shit giver.
Love and Happiness … in order to preserve itself and those it loves, goes into defender mode when a shit giver is around.
There is no-thing wrong about being a defender.
