The US Military Is Making Lasers That Create Voices out of Thin Air
Within three years, the Pentagon’s non-lethal weapons lab hopes to have a direct energy weapon that can produce an effect like a haunted walkie-talkie or the biblical burning bush.
The U.S. military’s Joint Non-Lethal Weapons Program, or JNLWD, is inching closer to a weapon that alters atoms to literally create words from thin air. It’s called the Laser-Induced Plasma Effect and, fingers crossed, they hope to be able to say intelligible words within the next three years.
The weapon is composed of two parts: first, a femtosecond laser, which shoots a burst of focused light for 10−15 seconds, just long enough to rip the electrons from air molecules and create a ball of plasma.
“We’re this close to getting it to speak to us. I need three or four more kilohertz,” says David Law, who runs JNLWD’s technology division. Ultimately, he wants a single system that can produce multiple effects — noise, light, even heat — and replace a wide variety of non-lethal weapons that the military has been testing.

When my father moved onto his property he said it was a dump. People had been dropping their garbage there for years … old beds, refrigerators, you name it. It took him a couple years just to get rid of the trash.
He then proceeded to plant trees and manacure the place. Forty acres of beautifying takes time, and he enjoyed every minute of it.
These days, people from all over are calling him wanting to purchase his property. California, Florida, Washington … ALL over, people are harassing him about selling his land, his home of the last 35+ years. The shits of it is, they are offering HALF of the value of the land, and offering NO thing for the labor he has put into beautifying it.
No one wanted it while it was a trash dump, they simply added to its deterioration … and now they are clamoring for it … even though he tells them straight off it is not for sale.
The same is for people.
Many of us were once looked upon as though we were garbage, worthless bits of flesh to be owned, abused and tormented as someone else saw fit … they trashed our beautiful, childlike persona from a very early age, and they wanted us to adopt their opinions and views of us …. indeed, the majority of us did.
But we grew strong.
We nurtured and cared for Self like no other ever had.
We kicked them from our life.
We became our own Best Friend.
We learned how to walk alone, to be comfortable in the silence of our minds, and we discovered what lay in the very depths of Self.
We mended our broken heart.
We faced our triggers and we dismantled them.
We became master of our emotions rather than being ruled by them.
We decided to be alone was better than compromising our Self Worth, our personal Value, and we in no way permit these ones to take up residence here any longer.
But they clamor for it.
They want it bad.
They see us shining and bright, the diamond, once in the rough, sparkles.
Fortunately we have come to a place where we are able to say, NO. My integrity is not for sale, nor is my Life Force Essence, my purest energies, or my Soul.
