Love without condition ~ Do you often find it easier to give advice to others, whilst hiding from the truth that the advice you give is advice that you, yourself, neglect to follow? Do you find it easier to nurture others and show them kindness and compassion? It is time to be kind and gentle with yourself; to love you ~ strengths and weaknesses ~ without reservation or condition. Nurture yourself. Be kind to yourself, for you are deserving of the same unconditional care and love that you give others.

Nourish the soul ~ Drink in life. Use your senses to explore your world – to see, touch, taste, smell, hear and experience all that is within you and around you. Your journey through life is meant to be a sensory experience. Your life is meant to be a rainbow of color, full of motion and sound. Time to step out of the box and an old way of doing things. You are being challenged to try something new. Look at how to create magic in your world. Create with the intention of filling your life with joy and happiness. Achieve your desires while experimenting with new activities. You always have options. Don’t feel limited.
