Integrity ~ Drop the things that offend your soul. Embrace your truth. It’s your life, let no one live it for you.

I honor all that I am. I am always completely myself and that is enough. Today I will honor myself and my personal integrity and rise up in its power. I will embrace the greater part of me and live with sincerity and honor. I will be honest with myself, live a life of truth, and I will be free.

Humor ~ Laugh at yourself, lighten your heart. Let nothing steal your happiness.

Today I will focus on joy. I now see the good and happy moments that surround me and give thanks. I will not complain. Instead, I will laugh at the comedy of life and let nothing keep me from my happiness. I will let humor fill my heart with rainbows, fun fill my soul with stars, and dance even if it rains.

Dreamer ~ Your Dreams have chosen you. Find fulfillment in pursuing your destiny. This is the magic of life.

Today I will take time for the dreamer in me. I will remember that my dreams have a purpose and were given to me for a reason. I will not be misled by the opinions and doubts of others, for this is my journey and only I can know the way. I will focus on taking steps toward my dreams and I will never give up.

Embrace the need for solitude. Your inner sanctuary calls you. Renew yourself and thrive.

I realize deeply that this present moment is all I really have and that the NOW is my sanctuary. It has all the magic and happiness that I need. I let go of the past for I am not there. I let go of the future for it has not yet happened. I look within and find the peace and joy I seek in this divine moment and I will flourish.

Stop hesitating. Movement creates the magic. Nothing can hold you back.

I will focus my energy on moving forward without hesitation. I will get things done. My head and my heart are moving in the same direction. I won’t waste energy worrying about “what if’s” and “who says?” I will rise up, feel my power and be happy. Nothing can hold me back.

Remember the source of love. A loving action is all you need to begin the process. Reach out with a simple first step.

I will pause and remember those I have left behind, my lost loves, and broken relationships. I will be brave and take a step toward healing the past. I will reach out with silent love but will expect nothing. For I know the most important mending needs to take place in my own heart. Looking back, I am filled with gratitude. For the good we had I am filled with joy. I will give myself all of the love that I ever needed. I will heal the past and I will be free.

Take a moment to assess what is really going on at this time. You are holding on to control and not allowing many wonderful blessings to come in to your life. Grant yourself an opportunity to get into the sunshine. You deserve to receive this new prospect. Resistance can create unnecessary blocks. Interference can be caused by a multitude of energies including your own attitude, other people, the weather and so on. Create the opportunity to regroup and don’t feel the need to fight what is happening – it’s a waste of energy. Find something else to do and wait until there is a better flow to finish the task at hand. The willingness to try something new is all that is needed to create something wonderful.

Just as a full moon sheds its light on our world, you are being shown that there is hope and guidance for you. Have faith. Just holding on to a belief in yourself will plant the seed of manifestation in your life. You are being asked to release any worry or fear that you may be harboring. The clarity you desire is at hand. All you need is something in which to place your faith. So trust in yourself, your support and the Divine. You will be assisted in difficult times. This can also signify inspiration and new love. There is a shedding of light on hidden treasures or surprises.

Look around in nature. Notice the new beginnings, new experiences and new choices being shown to you. They will only be evident to you if you take the time to look for these subtle messages. You are on the first steps along a new path. You are being offered a blank page – what are the first words you would like to write on it? Your possibilities are endless. You are in complete control of your life. This is a new beginning on your journey. Love in the present and trust in your own abilities. Plant your seeds and willingly venture into new territory.

There is a ripple effect of energy flowing from you. Be positive. Simply staying happy and sending that happiness out from your heart will benefit those around you. As you adjust your motives and attitudes, this energy flows from you in concentric circles affecting all of your desires and beliefs. There is a chance to bring good fortune and influences to all of the events in your life. As circles always represent cycles, know that you are continually going in and out of cycles, growing and changing. With every ending comes a new beginning. Trust that the positive energy you radiate will attract what you wish for.

If you have a goal or vision, be sure to provide the right surroundings for that dream to flourish. Positive self talk, affirmations, being kind to yourself, celebrating your talents and successes – all of these create fertile soil for your dreams to take root and grow. Sometimes, when you push too hard it can hinder the harmonious unfolding of your journey. Trust the process, relax, and allow nature to take its course. Belief and positive support is needed to accomplish your goal. Keep in mind Nature makes growing and blossoming look effortless but the secret is in all the details – position, sun, soil, air, water and nourishment. Make sure you are taking the steps necessary to attain your perfect environment.

Shadow: Love that you are different ~ You have strengths and weaknesses, and both are worthy of love. Know them, honor them, and do not heed those who tell you that you must change in order to fulfill their expectation of you. You will never be who others expect you to be. You can only be the unique individual you are meant to be. Love that you are different for it is your differences, and loving those differences, that make you truly beautiful.

Soul: Surrender to the flow ~ Through Choice and action you can steer the course of your life. Let Two Become One ~ Share yourself with the one that you love. Be their best friend and let them be yours. Let your trust in each other be unshakeable, and your love be strengthened by knowing and accepting each other’s flaws and weaknesses, and still loving each other despite them. Give yourself completely, trusting that you will not lose your independence or sense of self, but instead become two halves of a stronger, loving whole.

Through choice and action you can steer the course of your life. But sometimes a need to control every outcome can have you caught up in a whirlpool instead of moving forward. You may move in the direction of your choosing, but it may not be the direction in which you need to journey. Loosen your grip. Surrender yourself to the flow, and trust that you will find yourself exactly where you need to be.

Are you holding on to beliefs and notions that no longer serve you? Are you blocking your own growth and forward momentum because you fear to end a chapter in your life? It is time to release all that you hold onto that no longer serves. It is time to say goodbye to all that no longer has a place or purpose in your life. It’s time to have an emotional, or physical, spring clean. It’s time to let go of the past so you can be open to what the future may bring.

Magic is the mysterious and coincidental. It is at the heart of those moments of synchronicity and knowing. It is woven into the awareness that there is more to life than what you can see. It is born of that moment when you step without fear and walk with loving heart into the Void, once your desire, and have Great Spirit send his messengers to show you the way. Trust in Magic. It is real, and it surrounds you.

See the truth ~ Do not be deceived. Be watchful and mindful of the illusions others weave around themselves, and that you may weave around yourself. Know the night. Understand the shadows. See through the darkness to the light of truth. Pay attention to contradictions. Notice when actions and words are not in harmony. Hone your intuition and insight so that you may know the minds and hearts of those around you – and yourself – and trust in the wisdom born of that awareness.

Have courage ~ There are times when you feel small, afraid and alone in the world, but you are not alone. You are watched over and cherished by Gaia and Great Spirit. Know that you have within you the strength to overcome all obstacles placed in your path no matter how daunting or large they may seem. Have courage. Now is the time to trust in yourself and have confidence that you will overcome all.

Seek the lesson ~ Wisdom is born from seeking the lesson in all experiences, both the good and bad. It is born from awareness that everything is connected, and that all happens for a reason … even when the reason remains a mystery. Embrace a new idea, new awareness, or the new knowledge that comes from listening to your internal voice, and to the human and non-human teachers and messengers who will come in, and out, of your life. Let them inspire you to explore unknown pathways.

Hold firm to what you believe in or are focusing on because it is absolutely right. Know that Heaven and Earth are supporting you.

If you’re feeling challenged or pressured, know that your spirit is more powerful than you think. You are resilient and grounded, and the energy and air of the mountains is giving you the unshakeable strength to be who you are. Take time to root yourself deeply in the energy of the Earth before welcoming in the energies of heaven.

You will be whole and well at the end of this current situation and it will not stand in the way of your future growth and expansion.

We are all connected ~ We are dependent upon others for life. If we destroy the very things upon which we depend, we too shall perish. We are all connected. We are all one. Do harm to the natural world and you do harm to yourself. You are more than just a part of the human race; you are a child of Gaia. You are brother and sister to all life and living things. Love them as you love yourself. Sustain them as you sustain yourself.

You were born to create ~ You were blessed with the ability to create with thought, intention, action and emotion. Be conscious of your power and aware of what your actions and reactions create within and around you. Cherish this gift and use it in both a wise and productive manner. Create beauty, and inspire a desire within others to do the same. Create a future that both fulfills and delights. Do what you were born to do.
