Balance imagination and reality. Be cautious of giving undue influence to baseless assumption. Distinguish between opinion and evidence. Become aware of false limitations. Only through the eyes of the soul can the true nature of your life, existence and purpose be known. All of life flows from one divine heart of creation. You have a purpose, a meaning and a role to play in this great journey of life. It may be beyond the knowing of the physical world, but it is not beyond the knowing of your soul.

A feeling that history is repeating. The patterns in your past – in your childhood, in your relationships, in your career – are escapable. Stop and learn the lesson so you can move forward. There is no need to mind,easily (endlessly) repeat. Look outside of what you know and break a cycle. Someone, perhaps the universe, is trying to tell you something. A desire to be all you can be, and a vision for positive transformation draws you into deep exploration and clarity. Sudden clarity amid adversity. Acute awareness of yourself and your circumstances. Finding unexpected strength and wisdom in a crisis. Realizing the limits of a situation … pressure cannot make diamonds from coal. Challenging a misconception or calling out a false promise. Isolate and develop an idea, talent or goal to excellence, without external influence. Trusting you will have what it takes when it matters.

All soon clears, heals and is resolved. Peace ascends within you like a glorious bud opening to the surface. Realization comes in a dazzling flash, and you will see the world and your soul as blessed as they truly are. Follow love to the peaceful space inside your heart, your power center, from which all is possible and all is available.

The tedium or drudgery of a safe but unstimulating environment. Denying a problem worsens an outcome. Avoidance f the tough stuff causes dependence, stagnation or loss of self. Make mistakes with the purpose of learning from them. Aim to manage stress, rather than eliminating it. Minimize damage by turning a difficulty to your advantage. A challenge brings needed incentive.

Challenge helps you face and overcome fear. This challenge is a blessing that will in some way make you stronger and more resilient. Open yourself to the light of the world. Draw it into you, be empowered by it and channel it into your environment for all to benefit from. Face all that comes your way and trust your ability to make change for the greater good.

Withdraw to the security of loved ones. Stumbling on or triggering a memory. Stories told in safety. Creative space. A message from the past, for the future. Your body remembers, listen to its story. Deep pain is transformed into wisdom and understanding. An inheritance, legacy or heirloom. Having access to the tools and knowledge you need. Be gentle with who you were and strong about who you will become.

If you are feeling lost, confused or are asking what life is all about, then it may be the perfect time to consult your original self. The one you keep hidden while you grow up and supposedly wiser around it. The sweet, loving, innocent you is not lost. Deep down, you are still that person. The original you exists outside of time, safe and awaiting rediscovery.

An underlying fear of success. New ideas threaten old ways. Positive change respects the past and the future – put your thinking cap on and brainstorm. Step outside of conformity and we’ll-meaning advice. Creative energy is generated through conversation and play. Be prepared for loud applause and the accompanying criticism. Experimentation recharges an interest. A sudden realization brings dramatic change.

An inspirational thought flows into your heart and something new is born. You are focused, inspired and intuitively guided towards success. Much is accomplished with seemingly little effort because the force of love and purpose is on your side. Your work and energy shall touch the hearts of many. Embrace your mental brilliance as part of your light.

Let the radiance of the sun inspire your inner radiance to shine forth. Release your concerns about what may happen in the future, and focus on appreciating everything you have that is good and right. Allow Father Sun to take away your worries and cares. Do something physically active to stimulate your inner light. Dance. Sing. But most important, get outdoors. Do not let any negative thoughts or habits stop you.

When you are in love with Life, you naturally radiate that love. During this part of your cycle, your capacity to love is greatly amplified. In one of those supreme ironies of Life, the more love you give, the more returns to you. It starts by allowing the radiant Being you truly are to be expressed into the world. Smile a little more. Notice the beauty of Nature. See the humor in the paradoxes of Life. Show your love, especially to those with whom you are closest. Then smile even more, and watch how the world around you lights up!

Your spiritual unfoldment is occurring at all times whether or not you are aware of it. It is inevitable as long as you put your trust in the hands of the Creator, the One who holds the Light. Like the lotus, your soul is always reaching for the light to fulfill its karmic destiny, even in that process there are periods of darkness and times to rest. It is a natural cycle, one that cannot truly be coerced or halted. It has an innate rhythm of its own, one that is unique to the Being that is you.

You do not need to strive or be driven by spiritual ambition. It does no good to try and force growth upon yourself – or others, for that matter. Allowing is the key here. Allow the place in you that naturally wants to follow the light to do so while recognizing that even when you have complete faith, you will face challenges and, occasionally, suffering. Your steady faith and love will guide you on your journey of returning to the light.

The lethargy you feel is the result of a lack of activation – in other words, something that stirs your senses. This could be anything from walking outdoors, feeling the breeze on your body, or inhaling the different aromas that Nature herself provides. Or it could be finding the pleasure in a warm bath that helps you release the tension and stress from your mind and body. Music may activate your hearing, which sparks the pleasure centers in your brain. Art may activate your emotional responses. The touch of another human may activate a deep need to be physically held in some manner once again.

Now is the time for action. Engage in some activity and be fully present so that you forget about your surroundings and enter into that timeless and multidimensional experience of Union with the focus of your creative attention. Let your physical body be active. Movement alone – whether quietly dancing by yourself or hiking up that hill over yonder – will require you to be as present as possible in your body. Enjoy!

Now is the time to let anything in your life fall away that is no longer useful or needed for the emerging expression of who you are. Allow yourself to gradually shed what has become burdensome and no longer congruent with your souls purpose. Conserve your energy by allowing yourself more rest while at the same time making preparations for the winter season. Look especially at your material possessions and be brutally honest with yourself as you discern which of these can be given away or somehow released.

Consider shedding relationships that have served their purpose and are no longer viable, as well as work or a job that has become devoid of interest and passion. With release comes a sense of being much lighter, just like the trees that openly bear their nakedness once their leaves have departed and give room for whatever new Life is ready to birth following a period of quiet and gestation. So let go of whatever has outlived its purposefulness and trust that something else will take its place.

It makes no sense to deny the strength you have at the cost of allowing yourself to be reactive and subject to external influences far beyond what is healthy for you. Imagine yourself as a mountain of strength, solidly grounded in the Earth, your head held high as if you were touching the sky. Do so without straining, just as the mountain itself does not strain.

The current situation calls for you to be vigilant, but not to the point of fear or paranoia. Be that rock of strength that you are capable of becoming. The solidness of your resolve will be clearly communicated when you model yourself after the towering immensity of a mountain, impenetrable and inscrutable. Standing steady like a rock is what is called for at this time.

Giving something a try is not making a lifelong obligation. You can switch, swap, and refine your interests, friends, lovers, career, plans, home as often as you like. If something doesn’t fit right, try something new, and if that doesn’t work out, try something else. What you are looking for could be around the next corner. There is no failure in moving on or starting over.

Listen. Your heart is calling. A thirsty heart cannot be quenched by logic; it must drink from the well of life and be replenished. Each time it breaks, it comes to hold more, but it’s essence does not change. Your heart holds your truth in every breath. What does it say? Listen, and you shall be reborn.

Avoid comparison. It’s neither too soon nor too late to claim your life for yourself. There is no right way to live your life. There is no wrong way or set pace to follow your path. Be wary of false markers. It is not always time to harvest. Without periods of rest, planning and nurture, there may be no harvest.

Like invisible wheels, the seasons of life move through an eternal cycle of death and rebirth. What appears to begin, rise, fall away and end is but a small part in an endless journey without any clear start or climax. In the bright stillness of the divine mind, every journey flows through love. This is your journey, your time, your season. Shine!

All energy can be harnessed and used in myriad of ways. Just as elite athletes learn to use nervous energy to better their performance, it is up to you to draw energy stored in a negative experience to fuel your motivation, determination or creativity. Use whatever life sends you to your advantage. You can sit on the potential within you, or you can release it. It is your choice. This is not a matter of circumstance, ability or worthiness. Convert a possibility into a reality.

Through grace and love, we continue to transform. Nothing we do is lost or forgotten. As we release our hidden potentials, we create our destiny. One day we shall become stars. Through this process, many future Earths shall be born where we can live as one in the arms of the Divine Mother. The ground you walk on, the rain that falls, her love is stored in everything.

Insight: Energy cannot be created or destroyed. It cannot appear from nowhere, nor can it disappear. All objects contain stored energy. This energy is measured in terms of its capacity or potential. Coal has the capacity to create heat. A stationary rock could roll downhill at a certain speed for a certain distance. The energy in running water has the potential to charge batteries. The potential is there, but the stored energy may sit dormant for millennia without ever being converted or utilized. This energy is neither negative or positive, but it can be used in any number of ways. Electricity can be used to hurt or return someone to life. There is potential in everything … in your memories, your hopes, your doubts, your strengths. How you use them is up to you.

History Repeating?

A sense that history is somehow repeating. A chance to do things differently, and, perhaps, secure a better outcome. To work with or break a cycle, you need to recognize it. Release stress, tension or anger before it builds to a storm. It may be necessary to walk away from a challenging personality. Difficulty breaking a habit or pattern of thinking. Establish a positive routine.

Through infinite cycles of life, death and rebirth, our souls stretch into timeless repetition. All the whole, your thoughts and actions draw from the past and feed into your future. The journey repeats as often as needed. There is no rushing through to the end. The cycle can be broken through wisdom, through detachment, through memory of the sacred, through a return to life oneness.

Listen, observe and better your chances. Rely on your direct experience. Do not be swayed reputation, gossip or a third party account. Trust your perception and interpretation of a situation. Be wary of gaslighting or of someone who undermines your sense of self and the world around you. Develop and hone your sensitivities.

Your senses are clouded by thoughts and emotions. Try to distance yourself from what others say, detach emotionally, quiet your judgements and clear your thoughts. Find a quiet place, preferably in nature, where you can relax and refresh your perception. Let your instinct guide you to the clear, unmistakable voice that comes not from your thoughts, but from your soul.

Strategy: Use your head rather than your heart. Formulate a wise strategy. Plan ahead for best results.

Illumination: Examine your darker aspects. You are being shown the way forward. Your path is illuminated, and there is no need to feel lost or indecisive. Something that has been lost to you will be found.

Power: Change is welcome. Allow the storm to pass, as it is necessary to clear the way. You are protected in your search for equality. Do not misuse your power.

Cycles: It is time for change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycles. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level.

Reduction: Allow what you no longer need to be destroyed or reduced. Build your emotional authenticity. You are protected when expressing your true emotions in appropriate ways.

Strength: Healthy fierceness is required. Strengthen your physical body. Walk forward in pride and know that you can fight any battle. You need to strike a balance between masculine and feminine.

Faith: Hold onto your dreams even through adversity. Develop faith in yourself and in a spiritual power. Trust is important. You must trust your own leadership abilities, or improve them. Be not afraid – you were born for this.

You Are Pre-Qualified

It’s not really a matter of feeling worthy of love, friends, health, or wealth. Or of appreciating what you already have. Or even of learning to love yourself. These don’t have to come first. You don’t have to wear a halo to manifest the changes you want.

It’s simply a matter of understanding that if you do your part: visualize, prepare the way, and act “as if,” without looking over your shoulder for quick results, what you want must be added unto you… as will the feelings of worthiness, appreciation and loving your most lovable self.

You were pre-qualified,

Cheers! Here’s to Needing Each Other.

I’ve always reserved the right to change my mind, always.

And I wonder …

Does this right dissolve if time itself stops? Or shifts?

What if what seems to be, isn’t. And what doesn’t seem to be, is.

Who are you?

If you want to raise your vibration, you’ve got to stop intentionally lowering your vibration.

Do you smoke?

Do you drink?

Do you eat a lot of processed foods?

Do you drink purified water?

Do you overindulge the senses?

I’m not here to judge anyone’s habits. The point is, if we put garbage into our energies, our energies will become dirtied. And everything we create will become tainted.

While living, we can see the signs which show we tend to categorize each other, while holding ourself in a sort of superior mode.

Again, not my effort here …

We do see this clearly with reverends, pastors, counselors and such. I was told by a reverend once that they must hold themselves apart from others because they are the wayshower, the guide. I can see the point, however it does seem to be a level of connection I’m no longer interested in … nor am I interested in shallow connections otherwise.

Here is to transparency.

To admitting we do not have all the answers.

To acknowledging that perhaps our neighbor, or fellow man and woman, have the information, the missing piece to our puzzle which will allow everything to make sense.

We need each other.

Internal and External Dialogue

When we say things such as, “I’m afraid I do not understand” we are limited in thought and potentials… for we have allowed the subconscious format of fear using the word afraid in our sentence at all.

These ingrained, unnoticed, habitual phrases need to be sniffed out and eliminated from our conscious and subconscious thoughtforms.

Have you heard the phrase “You are the company you keep”? Well, our creations will be treated with what our inner thoughtforms are, our inner dialogue. The inner dialog becomes the outer dialogue and then creation followed by reaction or response, repeated for who knows how long.

We have the choice of our creation only when we become responsible for our inner dialogue and guide the outer with empathy and care.

We truly are in this together, for our combined efforts of increased and united thought forms cause our greater reality. Each one is crucial to the whole.
