Everything is in your Power;
Your Power is in YOU.
In these days we can sometimes feel overwhelmed by the chaotic movements and energies around us.
We may become so overwhelmed that it is difficult to know which direction to turn, which project to tackle first, or be completely at a loss as to how to begin lifting the pile of worries from atop our heads.
Breathe.
In times of stress it is typical for us to lose our rhythm. Our muscles contract, our breathing becomes shallow or labored, and may include any form of release … outbursts, tears, fights.
If this is your current experience, stop.
Check in with your heart, your muscles, your breath, NOT the mind. Examine the tensions dwelling within your person. Focus on relaxing them, and releasing them.
Take time every morning to make a vow as to the efforts you will apply to the day.
What will you create? Where and how will you apply your energies to affect a benefit for the whole?
Our energies influence all others, just as ours is influenced by those we encounter.
Distinguish the subtle differences between your energy and that of those you have relationship throughout the day. Become familiar with what belongs to you, and that which you pick up on and absorb.
Reject any energies which are not yours if they are dark. There are many methods of this and I have found the best is to move, breathe and gently push the negative away.
As with all delicate energy work, we must be tuned in order to recognize the varying degrees of flow.
With time and practice, you will easily remove the energetic imprints people add in your experience. You will maintain balance. You will stop ‘reacting’ and will start ‘responding’. You will become an expert at energetic transmutation.
Control your emotions.
Do not be controlled by them.
In all instances, keep humility in mind.
None of us know it all.
Everyone has a lesson to teach.
Everyone has a lesson to learn.
It truly is a team effort, and the more of us who are aware and practicing, the quicker the transmutation process becomes, not only for self and personal relationships, but the flow of the entire world will begin to shift.

Acknowledge & feel the emotions, and then let them go in grace.
Our strength & freedom is found in love.
The truth of our world, nature and environment is love. This is eternal love that makes no demands, has no expectations and does not place limits or conditions on us. There is an opportunity for each and every person to experience love at this deepest level if they are willing to be open. Love can and will flow into your heart, but only if you allow it. It will change your perception, nurture and hold you and even give you the strength to endure hardship. Take a moment, pen your heart and allow love to bring you joy, serenity, renewed energy, passion and total unrelenting happiness.
Feel confident that things are falling into place. Just as a seedling breaking through the surface of the earth, you too are going to experience an emergence. The efforts of your hard work will become evident and you will begin to see the difference all of that labor and time you have invested has made. Count your blessings! You are gifted with a creative touch and the ability to generate new and wonderful things. Take a moment to feel proud of yourself for all you have accomplished.
Time to step out of the box and an old way of doing things. You are being challenged to try something new. Look at how to create magic in your world. Create with intention of filling your life with joy and happiness. Achieve your desires while experimenting with new activities. You always have options. Don’t feel limited. Even when you aren’t in motion, you are making a choice. You are being prodded to make a decision now. Don’t worry about not making the right one. Every mistake brings us lessons and opportunities. The amount you can learn is immeasurable. Base your choice on love and the best option for you. Imagine that ‘failing’ is not part of any of your choices. What will you choose?

You were born to create: You were blessed to have the ability to create without thought, intention, action and emotion. Observe in silence: Now is not the time to,be the life of the party, nor to step forward into the role of leader or teacher. Be cautious. It may not be wise to draw attention to yourself or to reveal your plans to others at this time. Instead, be silent. P back. Be still. Watch those around you and be mindful of what you see, hear and feel. Trust in your instincts and intuition and let them guide your steps.
Seek Your Destiny: You have purpose and reason for being. You could have one or even several destinies. Are you afraid to believe in destiny because others may laugh? Don’t be. It could be as simple as taking a moment to look within and discover those things that you love most passionately and bring them out into the light. But you will never know if you are afraid to step through the doorway and see what’s on the other side. Trust that everything you hope and dream of will be there waiting for you.
