The curator claims he can “meditate” on a person while “projecting” into their body and mind to “drive” them into a sort of “manic” thought process and/or behavior.

I’ve heard hints in the etheric realm that to do such things is against the law.

Recently, I heard there’s a $5,000 dollar fine for each time someone did something. Someone was upset, and were asked, curiously, how many times they did it.

I wonder if it’s this meditation / projection into an innocent person mind, affecting their thoughts and actions.

I have heard this curator talking about “using a truck driver passing through town to do a crime” also, they were talking about manipulating derelicts minds to do crimes.

Most of us weren’t “trained” on how to command or control the mind in such a manner, let alone defend one’s self from others who do such heinous things.
