Affirmations ~ November 22, 2021

Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I nurture the things I care about.

I reflect on my strength and challenges. I see how far I have come. I recognize my gifts. I take inventory of my life. I offer myself approval.

I choose the light.

I remove myself from lower energy experiences.

I choose not to be pulled into drama that limits my joy.

I allow myself to be the light.

I bring light to situations which are negative.

I redirect hostile conversations to love.

I protect myself.

I shine brightly.

I focus on all things positive.

I check in with my intuition. There is a force within me, I direct it at my will.

I encourage the expression of the Highest Self in all I encounter.

All can be transformed.

I share the wisdom I have developed.

I encourage harmonious action.

I nurture relationships. I serve the Divine Being within life.

I aim toward my highest vision.

I am poised for success.

My Soul is here to assist me.

I let myself feel happiness without fear.

I am complete with my past.

I fully let go and move ahead.
