
Micro greens are filled with nutrients (sometimes more the x60 of an adult plant) and be grown in a windowsill or with limited space and kept on rotation so you always have food. Hemp micro greens are the most physically nutritious form of the cannabis variety.
Bonus: they only take a few days to sprout!
Question: Which are your favorite?
Answer: Romanesco (fractal broccoli), spinach, lettuce varieties, beets… it really just depends. They are all very great. Anything that has edible leaf can be consumed as a micro green.
Bean Sprouts contain just as much protein as meat. Always keep large bags of mixed variety non gmo beans to sprout in a small jar. Keep on rotation and consume daily.
