Affirmations ~ December 8, 2021

Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I am guided by the ancestors, ancient ones, and angels to direct my thoughts and energies toward what I want to grow, heal and expand. I watch it happen right before my eyes.

I look to what has been, only to evaluate how far I’ve come. I move forward.

The past can be transcended,

To be a person of power one must let go of the memory of one’s own failures. Reevaluate. Revalue. Live and go forward.

All that appears to have limited me must be made into my benefactors by my own mental process.

The only true revolution is the evolution of consciousness.

Material experience follows internal experience.

I release faulty observation and superficial reasoning that gives physicality more power than spirituality.

The body dies easily, the spirit is infinite.

I move beyond appearances. I experience beyond the senses.

I am a compassionate being.

I am able to help the world.

My heart reaches for spirit.

I imagine wonderful worlds of light. They need to live, to manifest. I set my sights and intentions on creating. It will happen!

There is no here.
There is no there.

I draw on the energies of harmony and union when making a choice.

I ignore the persuasion of what others might think or say. I trust myself and don’t allow my opinion to be swayed.

Hope and faith make me strong.

Seeking peace, I find joy. There is so much to be happy about and grateful for. Life is good.
