Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.
One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.
I trust in the flow of life as it takes me forward.
I stop the flow of old thoughts.
I look to the light.
I set my sights higher.
I cast away any fear or doubt as I flow forward into the next cycle of experience.
I tap into my inner resources and harness the power of my unconscious mind to affect change and healing in my life.
My intuition is reliable.
I trust my feelings.
I remain positive. I know that simply staying happy and sending that happiness out from my heart will benefit those around me.
I know that the positive energy I radiate will attract what I wish for.
I open my heart, breath deeply, and receive blessings knowing it is not just about or for me. With every gift I receive I can give back to life. It is an energy exchange – a perpetuating spiral of appreciation that leads to more appreciation.
Instead of questioning what I did to receive all this goodness, I pray to become more aware and receptive to the blessings in my life.
I am present as I open my heart to graciously behold blessings laying at my feet.
I step through the door of destiny. I trust that everything I hope and dream of will be there waiting for me.
I hydrate, know water is a great purifier, a source of healing. I allow it to support me and bring peace.
I have the power to change my life. I face my fear and align with the light!
I am a bridge between heaven and earth. I am powerful and connected.
Everything I give my attention and energy to at this time is creating my way forward.
