Affirmations ~ December 6, 2021

Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I am grateful for all of the gifts in my life.

I let others know of my thankfulness for their presence and their positive contribution in my life.

The ancient ones are with me as I move into the unknown of this new cycle. I learn from their knowledge and traditions.

Failure is not predetermined.

Others experiences are not my truth.

What was, is no more.

I accept blessings coming my way. I am deserving.

I exercise self-discipline.

I achieve greater control over my subconscious without shutting out emotional experience.

I am learning to harness my energies and talents constructively in order to be triumphant.

A greater communication with self is emerging.

I am consciously aware of each observation.

I welcome with open arms opportunities to give and receive love.

I am love, loveable and loving. Love is surrounding my world at this time.

I open my heart.

I give and receive love.

I accept my emerging self.

I let go of the past. Even the immediate past.

I go forward in peace.

A greater understanding is ahead.

I leave broken dreams behind.
