How to Recenter Yourself

Out of nowhere, a sinking feeling hits the pit of your stomach, your mind starts on a negative rant, you become agitated for no apparent reason.

When this happens, here’s a few tips to reconcile your emotional and mental bodies. Another really good thing to do is drink a LOT of Water.
