The Sun is a symbol of Power, Life Force, Vitality and Illumination among many other terms and ideas. I view it as the Giver of Life.

The four hands reaching toward the center mean many things, for instance ~ the four directions coming together under the sun or, people from all areas of this rounded globe called earth reaching across time and space for each other. You’ll notice the finger tips are not quite touching, there is however, a reaching for, and effort being made, for connection.

The Sacred Spirals represent universal growth and evolution, also eternity and continuity. The Sacred Spiral also represents energy ~ Energy in motion.

I awoke at 1 a.m. pacific standard time on October 11th, 2015 unable to sleep. I entered the sacred space in my home and sat in candle light, listening to soft musical sounds, simply being still for a time. I had the push to open my notebook and start to draw. This logo came together amazingly quick, it was an inspired drawing, a calling from spirit to bring into creation.

The above definition is one of many that can be perceived from this art.

I am having a ‘hot stamp’ made with which I can burn the image onto a wooden disc, approximately the size of a US half-dollar. I will then massage Almond oil into the wood, perhaps with an essential oil of choosing at the time, and I will carry them with me.

It is apparent to me that this image has been created to encourage and open a way for introduction and conversation with others. Some may be homeless, some may be sad, some may be in need of a personal blessing ~ with a smile and a moment of deep connection ~ the disc can be given as a reminder that we have been seen, that we see and that someone cares.

I offer this gift of art, from spirit ~ to you who wish to utilize it for such purposes. It is clear this drawing, and the meaning behind it is not meant for monetary profit.

I invite you to really see each other. A brief, yet very deep look into our fellow humans eyes holds so much power and love.

Let us break away from the habit of separateness. Let us free ourselves from the insecurities that have inhibited us from connection for so long.

Let us begin to truly love each other.

Divinity dwells in everyone. Even if we see only a glimmer, let us put forth effort to grow it into the brightness of the sun.
