Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.
One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I have completed my task successfully. Victory is mine. I receive recognition and reward. I reciprocate. My heart sings.
I am protected and guided. I surrender to the process.
I still my mind and gain balance.
All the power that ever was or will be exists in the here and now. I am therefore ready and willing to risk the loss of what I have been and move on to what I can become. I have the power to begin.
By the mother of all creation, I am nourished
Through movement and change I grow. My path is revealed as I move forward.
I confront the last bits of repressed trauma. I challenge the power of those experiences. I move on.
New ideas are birthing now.
I face my fears.
I explore my depths.
I seek the gifts of my shadow.
I remain grounded.
Life changes swiftly. I change perspective.
I rise above conflict so it can be healed.
A wrong-doing is being set right.
Harmony is being restored.
I acknowledge my journey, my successes, my accomplishments.
I gain a new understanding of what is really happening in my life.
My life is expanding, new doors are opening.
I let go of unwanted past experiences, forgive, and am grateful for lessons learned.
