Affirmations ~ December 17, 2021

Neuroplasticity happens when connections are made across the neural network in our brain. Essentially, our brain creates super-highways that it travels quickly in response to outside stimuli. Thought patterns that are repeated often create massive highways that the thought travels on. The more the thought occurs, the more it will occur.

One of the most effective ways to reprogram the mind, to reformat the consciousness, is through using affirmative statements. I share with you examples that you may find helpful should you wish to use them to assist in reformatting the thinking mind.

I forget who I’ve been taught to be and re-awaken the innocence of the soul.

I accept the mystery of me.

I rely on heart, receptivity and nature.

New friendships, connections, gentleness and joy will be mine.

A new energy is upon me.

I draw on the lessons I have learned and use them to assist me in moving forward.

I am ready for a new adventure.

I look beyond my current situation. I raise my vibration and focus on love.

The universe is recalibrating a path that is more favorable for me.

My energy is receiving an upgrade. I am moving towards something extremely uplifting and enlightening. I stay calm.

I trust my body; it speaks to me as instinct.

I release old ways of thinking.

There is infinite wisdom ahead.

I am growing.

Things will happen when the time is right.

I trust myself.

I relax.

I embrace my destiny.

I will not be detoured when I bump against uncertainty.

I avoid toxic situations, people and relationships.

I do not partake in what I know is not good for me.
