You ever notice how a beautiful gorilla leader will step onto a road and completely halt traffic while “his” tribe, or whatever the proper term is, crosses the road? When someone comes to test him, HE fights … not the whole group … HE fights, always with intention of protecting and leading his group. Even to the death.
Humans do not behave this way. Today’s human leaders, or ‘chiefs’ rely on members of their following to fight the battles they wage, not really valuing any member more than their fighting skills until their death.
Humans could really learn a lot by observing nature, but the other species we share this planet with are being eliminated. Isn’t it odd that we find a more honorable example of leadership in the wild than we do in the civilized world?
And here we go … onto exterminating them … and many other species. Selfish, foolish humans.
