Love Story

Published December 16, 2018 by tindertender

There once was a woman who loved a man, and he loved her also … both of their hearts intertwined.

The woman was desired by a wealthy man, she new her ‘family’ relied upon her willingly allowing this man to ‘possess’ her, otherwise he made it clear he would ruin them.

One wishing to love her mightily, the other swore to ‘make her famous’ and have a comfortable life.

The wealthy man vowed to have the other man killed should she decide to be with him, so in order to save his life, she had to make him believe she did not love him, and actually preferred the wealthy man. Of course, he did not understand this and became angry.

In the end, she made it clear to the young lover and to all others that her love for him was still quite strong, and she chose love over possessions … having them, and being one.

Unfortunately, she died, and the young man was broken hearted … but knowing she loved him, and he she … rather than being an angry, bitter man.

Love ~ it is the most wonderful thing this world has to offer us, even if only for a short time. It would be wise to build upon the base offered, growing love, rather than swimming in sadness and anger that arises at the loss of it.

Love ~ it often morphs into friendship … which is better than becoming enemies.

May each and every one of you reading this remember what drew you into love, and that which nurtured it. Should it be torn from you, may you release anger or sadness, and work on building love once more … love of self, of others, and yes … even those who have decided they no longer wish to be part of your life.
