Secret Balance, No Secret At All

Someday I would like to learn to play these and purchase my own. To sit in the wilderness, seemingly alone, and play would be so wonderful!

What holds a person back from doing what they wish to do?

Issue: Remember to hold on to your dreams, even through adversity. Develop faith in yourself and in spiritual power. Trust is important. You must trust your own leadership abilities, or improve them. Do not be afraid ~ you were born for this.

Challenge: Build love of self from the inside out. Fear is born because of a lack of self-love and acceptance. Without a healthy love of self, we reduce our personal power, often falling into petty jealousies, judging our bodies, and numbing our minds.

Solution: Healthy fierceness is required. Strengthen your physical body. Walk forward in pride and know that you can fight any battle. You need to strike a balance between masculine and feminine.

Make it a point not to get too wrapped up in the physical. Life is so much bigger than that! While our energies are ‘tied’ to physical form, we have the ability to transcend this flesh … through meditation, through the beauty of music, art, and nature, through conscious choice to embody love, care, and compassion, for self and others, including all of the animals of this world, including the earth itself.

Have you ever experienced a moment of giving so purely that it seemed your body disappeared? Have you sang on stage and felt all faded, leaving you there glowing from the inside out? Have you cared so deeply for another that you yourself seemed to fade?

A balance is needed in giving and receiving, in fight and in flight, as well as in standing ground … peaceful, yet watchful and aware.

This existence is connected to other life, not only that which you can see, but also that which you can sense. Acknowledge this and you will be magnified, your world will grow wider, and more free.
