What Are You Made Of?

For us to find the beginnings of true peace and to extend a compassionate hand to others, we must start with compassion for ourselves. Forgive yourself. Forgive others. Compassion for another’s situation is important. Consider another persons point of view and choose connection rather than separation.

It’s time to think big. You are a star in your own right. There are unlimited possibilities. It is fine not to know every detail before proceeding. Mystery is a natural part of life. Share the infinite and expand accordingly. Think big and set positive intentions.

You are creative in every way. There are no barriers to constant, consistent creation. Allow yourself to create in joy, not because of pressure. Connect more deeply with the earth.

Do not give up; there is hope yet. Hope is a life changing emotion. Without it, people literally die. It is important to understand that hope requires some action. If we decide to co-create with our chosen deities and truly have faith in this process, we will not need to ask for a miracle, because we are working toward what we want with assistance. It is important not to just hope for change but to hope from a place of good intention, and to act.

Allow what you no longer need to be destroyed or reduced. Build your emotional authenticity. We aren’t always taught how to deal with sadness, anger, depression, or even jealousy, but they aren’t strange or unnatural emotions. In fact, everyone feels them at some point or another, but it is how we express them that makes the difference. In accepting these emotions and expressing them in a healthy way, we are able to release them and move on.

We are all irresistible in our own ways. Enjoyment is a natural part of life. Center yourself and be confident among chaos. External beauty is not enough ~ it is confidence that truly creates beauty.

Justice will be done for the good of all. Take responsibility for your actions. The chaos in life will end; natural order will be restored.

You are enough. Build your self-esteem from the inside out. It’s your turn to shine! Be the sunshine in your own life! If your strong, healthy self-esteem tips over into arrogance or narcissism, it is not true balance. In this world full of celebrities who are famous just for being famous, it is not surprising that many people believe that self-esteem and self-worth come from the outside in, from the admiration of others. Take the admiring people away, and if there is no solid core of self-worth, there is little left.

Trust that you have enough. Ask and you will receive. It is time to prune back the dead wood in order to grow. Nourish yourself and the earth. When we struggle to let go, we may feel stagnant for a time. When circumstances seem grim, we can catastrophize what is going wrong and easily overlook the things in our lives that are doing well. Sometimes things need to clear out to make room for another. Tough decisions need to be made at times. If brave enough to leave behind that which no longer serves highest good and move naturally, freely, in the direction we really want to go, the fruit of our labors is wildly born.

It is time for change, and it will be positive. Respect your own natural cycle. Be mindful of seasonal changes and go with the flow taking these into account in your diet and activity level. Life cycles are natural. There are times to feel introverted and extroverted, energetic and restful, happy and sad ~ none of these is better than the other. Take time to connect with your personal cycles and you can expect to reap many benefits.

Don’t expect yourself to be happy just because others are, or ready for the same steps at the same time. Let your body and mind experience your life naturally and without expectation based on someone else’s cycles. Pressuring yourself or others to want the same things at the same time isn’t healthy or respectful to your true self.

Are you crazy? No … you’re experiencing the cycle of your life, unique, and yet similar to all other life. It will be easier should you embrace these cycles, rather than fight them, or try to alter them to conform with others that you may feel are more ‘normal’. There is nothing more ‘normal’ than your own cycle and rhythm, embrace it … in all it’s pain and glory. This is your dance. Honor it.
