It’s All About The Nutrients

When I was younger I had an abundance of energy, my body rocked with it, my mind spun with it. Age happened and everything slowed down, became calm and less agitating.

Recently I discovered a recipe for Magnesium water. I learned that the majority of folks are deficient, and this causes all kinds of symptoms and trouble for the body and mind, a few of which are:

  1. Muscle twitches; 2) Mental disorders; 3) Osteoporosis; 4) Fatigue and muscle weakness; 5) High blood pressure; 6) Irregular heartbeat

Looking at life I can see I am experiencing many of these symptoms. Controlled, of course, by Big Pharma, because they care about me.

Since drinking the magnesium water, 3/4 cup morning and evening, I feel my charge coming back. A little uncomfortable, I remember youth and how it felt in my body. Now though, I understand this means health and abundant power. The neurons are firing, my nervous system coming alive once more.

3 TBSP Milk of Magnesia
1 Liter carbonated water (unflavored)

Time to deal with this youthful feeling in an experienced and adult manner. Oh how fortunate to be able to do this again.
