Often described as a harsh, discordant mixture of sounds, it is also the mash of chaos that intertwines in daily life, it lives in dreams as well.
Daily, there may be some let down. People don’t always live up to be the support that we need. While we work to become strong in our own right it is difficult to remember the affect our actions may have on others (or in-action). This little box we’ve become accustomed to living in is quite small. Unless we begin, and continue, to look outside of our personal situations change will not become solidified … in our daily life or in the world as a whole.
True, there are many times in this experience where we are let down, but this is only because we’ve set our expectations so high and are typically unwilling to accept less. Seeing others as we see ourselves … or seeing ourselves as we see others … is a real eye opener.
When I ask out loud why some people are such jerks and untrustworthy, I then flip it and ask of myself … am I a jerk? Am I trustworthy? I honestly look long, hard and deep into my own countenance, and often that alone will cause me to just zip it and begin the inner work once more.
Learn to dance amidst chaos. Work your alchemy and transform your thoughts, your actions. It will be reflected in the outer world, situations will melt and form anew.
