It’s Not Meant To Be Easy

Great transformation is upon us. The entire world is heaving with change. This shift can be quite painful and cause tremendous pain and suffering. Through all of it remember:

Throw-a-pebble-in-theWhile healthy anger can fuel wise action, rage rarely does. There is a big difference between expressing healthy anger and expressing the uncontrolled negative energy of rage; it is worth knowing your triggers and seeking help if you do regularly escalate into rage.

Hope is a life-changing emotion. Without it, people literally die. It is important, though, to understand that hope requires some action. It is said that a wish  sent from a place of nondeservedness or ill feeling will sink early and not be granted. It is important not just to hope for a change but to hope from a place of good intentions and to act.

If strong, healthy self-esteem tips over into arrogance it is not true balance. In todays world it is not surprising that many people believe self-esteem and self value come from the outside in, from the admiration of others. Take the admiring people away, and if there is no solid core of self-worth, there is little left.

As difficult as it sometimes is, as horrible as the deep pit of despair feels when it builds in the stomach, you must breathe through it, allow it to loosen through the breath … it will dissipate after a time and forward movement will once more be possible.

Living is not easy, it is meant to challenge you, to allow opportunity for you to build strength though endurance and creativity, to hone the ability to solve problematic situations. Action must be taken with eyes and mind set on positive outcomes, change which benefits all life. With focus, combined with determined action and solid faith in the desired outcome, with unwavering belief that it will be … it will be.

Focusing on personal spaces shrinks the ‘box’ you have to work in. Opening to others, to the well-being of the whole, will eventually destroy the little box you’ve been living in. Strengths others possess, skills which they have mastered will combine with your own. An immovable force will be created. Together massive change can become reality very quickly.

You’re growing into your power, it many indeed be painful … just as the bones stretch when the body ages through youth. Know this, when all is said and done, you will be quite satisfied with the result.
