All people are exactly where they need to be on their personal path. More often than not, this path is not understood until later. Even then, the purpose of these lessons may be elusive, yet after experience it is easy to see the huge affect they have on our life.

There are those who may try to break your will, your spirit. They may do everything they can to douse your flame. They would like you to be subservient, to conclude they have authority. They act as though you haven’t capacity for divine connection, they may even insinuate you are not divine.

In the silence, when you are sitting with your thoughts pondering the meaning of it all, you sense you are not alone … you have never been alone. Some might respond, “But I AM alone!” In a sense, yes ~ in truth, no. Cutting the chaos from life and being in stillness more often, you will come to recognize that the commotion of the world does not reside within you. It is only an echo running circles in your mind.

Do not let the world break you, do not let it rob you of your inner peace, of joy and of the connection you were born with … realms which may not be remembered are open and welcoming.

As the mind spins round and round with the echo of pain and suffering of the world, as it draws you into its mess, remember who you are … a sovereign being, a powerful creator. Whatever you wish to be will be if you set your mind to it. Like walking, or breathing, after a time it will become quite natural, it will occur without thought, it will simply BE.

At night as you lay in bed trying to sleep and thoughts begin to churn in your mind, anxiety rises and the hours tick by, so sleepy you are but it just won’t stop. It will … breathe, long and slow. Roll onto your back and place your hands on your belly. Breathe and feel your stomach rise and fall with the slow inhale, and the slow exhale. With eyes closed point your inner vision to the ceiling, or the stars, and breathe. Two minutes go by, five, perhaps more … things calm down and you may be asleep before you know it.

This is an example of what you are capable of. With focus and clarity, with determined drive, anything is possible.

There is no need to relinquish who you are or to bow down to someone else. You are great! and you have much to offer this world.

Hone your skills of concentration. Notice and refine your senses, feel the connection to the energies surrounding you. This world is so much bigger than what the eyes behold.

Grow.
