Rock Stacking, Elemental Union

Published March 30, 2018 by tindertender

Meditation comes in many ways, rock stacking is one of them. The focus is so keen on the balancing of them, all else falls away. In time, even the effort to stack them may fade, as it just seems ‘to happen’.

FluoriteStones are some of the oldest known substances of the earth. Crystals of all kinds make up this fabulous world! Fluorite is a fantastic item to have in inventory, not just for its beauty, but for the properties it offers the possessor.

Fluorite is a highly protective and stabilizing stone, useful for grounding and harmonizing spiritual energy. When working with the upper Chakras, Fluorite increases intuitive abilities, links the human mind to universal consciousness, and develops connection to Spirit.

It absorbs and neutralizes negative energy and stress. An excellent learning aid, Fluorite increases our powers of concentration, self-confidence and helps us in decision-making. It encourages positivity, balances the energies, and improves balance and coordination, both physically and mentally.

I hold in my hands the one pictured above as I listen to the Tibetan singing bowls being played.

While life as a young person is spent detaching, finding who we believe we are, older years may be spent in developing an understanding that in union, with each other, and with all of the elements of the earth, are we fully and truly who we were meant to discover.
