Ties That Tug

Spirit Man
In dreams an effort is sometimes made to diminish hope, to strip joy from the mind. The closer one comes to realizing that choosing to be happy is easy, in comes a dream with some sinister act in the attempt to convince it is not. Whether in conscious life, or in dreaming, the reality is that power is within choice and as recently affirmed, in the 100% commitment to release of that which holds us in pain cycle.

When a person who has an alcohol dependency decides not to drink any longer, there will be dreams, called using dreams, that arise. Many at first, over time they lessen and eventually go away entirely. This is the subconscious mind reminding of the matter, tempting the return to destructive behaviors. This is so of all chemical abuses.

The same is true of negativity addiction, we all have this issue. Most is an inside personal bashing of self. Breaking this habit requires effort, it took years to train for it and it can be found embedded in the deepest recesses of mind.

Spirit woman

I am relieved to know that it is quite easy to step away. It can be difficult to believe, so much of time is focused on suffering. In the past it was made clear and I believed it, yet this negativity lays traps everywhere and it is tempting to fall into the snare, although one would never call it a temptation, not unless they really saw the situation.

To remain aware of this and consistently choose to step away from that which will entangle the mind into this pain cycle is key … called the key to eternal bliss …

… thank you friend for pointing this out.

I am reminded that 100% commitment to joy is all that need be done, and I walk away from the cycle once more.

Underlying all of this is a pureness born with, that which we entered life with, before it was manipulated. It is still there waiting to be reclaimed. A person will understand their true strength when they are able to walk away from diminishing behavior and self inflicted pain and return to love. I say self inflicted for nothing has power over us but for what we give it.

Power of choice is inherent strength,
And it belongs to all people.
