Engage, Or Disengage?

engaging in life

Life is full of fluctuation. We wake, we sleep. We speak, we are silent. We are social, we stay at home. We work, we retire. Within every part of life, from pole to pole, there is varying degrees of it all. Minute details happening differently, at different times, for each of us.

Some folks think of relationships as hit or miss … but it is so much more that that. When people, and events, are in alignment then things flow smoothly. When they are not in alignment, there is much chaos, or there is … nothing.

In the stillness that inevitably comes for everyone is opportunity to get to know self. This is needed very much in order for growth and future connection which will inspire us to become ‘more’ than we were before.

Most often these ‘connections’ don’t happen when we think they should, and they do not look like we think they should. Letting go of preconceived notions about they way things ought to be is very freeing, and it allows room for the things which will enrich life.

Engage when there is something you feel will enrich your life, disengage to absorb it, then engage fully with personal mind to see how it all lines up. Cycle through, and repeat, ever in an upward motion.
