Two Truths

Strength: What is it? Is it purely the physical strength, or is it endurance? Is it a combination of endurance, while still finding forgiveness and compassion in the heart, not succumbing to anger and resentment and victimhoood? Is it patience in combination with all of the aforementioned things? I am certain many will have their own thoughts on strength, and the truth for them will indeed be true, and it may even morph into something completely different in 5 years time.

Smart: What is that? Is it book smart, or common sense? I suppose you could say the scientists who study disease and CERN’s capabilities are highly intelligent, but are they smart? Do they recognize that they have potential to open doors (indeed probably already have) that would best remain closed? Does the drive to understand the workings of a particular thing over-ride the need to protect life which relies upon it’s dormant state?

Two TruthsPerhaps intelligence only comes to those who do not see themselves as brilliant. Perhaps the brilliance of some outshines their capacity for true understanding of the bigger picture. If not, and the bigger picture is perceived, and destructive scenarios proceed anyway, then sciences love for life has most likely left the building … or the planet. Perhaps those who sever heads off rats only to splice it into the spine of another, are aliens, practicing openly the tests previously known as abductions and mysterious murders.

There is a sinister, dark and twisted reality many will not fathom. It is awful, and to some, incomprehensible. To others, it is easier to ignore obvious clues and build a sweet little dream into which the daily routine spins.

Whatever way it is looked at, it revolves, and evolves. As the unseen and unknown are brought into the light, it will be made apparent. Even skeptics will say they see, and of course, there will still be those who will refuse.

There are 2 things I know to be truth at this time.
1) I do not know what it means to be strong.
2) I am uncertain what it means to be smart.
