In our hurry to expel that which is no longer serving our highest and greatest good, what is affecting our lives and our surroundings in a manner that may not be positive, we must remember to rest. Reducing harmful aspects of our living too quickly may also do more harm than is needed. Push it out, leave it behind, by all miens if this is what feels should be done, but rest … when strength is replenished, begin again.
You have probably had the drive to make great change come upon you, or perhaps it is gently coming into mind. I will not make a list, for every one of us has a different scenario we live with, habits included. There is no wrong way to go about this, as long as an effort to cause no harm for others, or self, is made.
Look around you, there are so many in this world who are feeling this shift as well. Our media focuses on the negatives and if we choose to wait for them to broadcast something which provides hope, we will miss it.
It is up to us to foster the beauty and greatness of humanity.
First by being, and then by seeing.
