Whose winnowing shovel is in His hand, and He will thoroughly purge His floor, and will gather His wheat into the granary; but the chaff He will burn up with unquenchable fire. (Matthew 3:12)
38 the field is the world; the good seed is the people who belong to the Kingdom; the weeds are the people who belong to the Evil One; 39 and the enemy who sowed the weeds is the Devil . . . 40 Just as the weeds are gathered up and burned in the fire, so the same thing will happen at the end of the age. Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death. (Revelation 20:14)
Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them. (Malachi 4:1)
Will Love be Salvation or Destruction?
We ought to look deep within our hearts and discover what is there … make a conscious choice to choose love over hatred, compassion over indignation, kindness rather than affront.
When we stand in an awareness and foster joy in our life it will over flow into the world. Upon rising in the morning, let us tell ourselves what a fine and glorious day it will be and then set out to see that it is so.
Change in this world begins in our hearts and minds as individuals. Until we are willing to do the work, change will not occur.
