“I don’t know why I am here”

Life’s purpose is to bring goodness to the earth, to show what it means to overcome distress, hate, and negativity.  At times it may seem those emotions swallow the peace that dwells in the heart.

Like a wave, we rise. Soon, the waves will become smaller, calmer ~ looking into years gone by it is possible to see that these waves have already lessened in severity ~ yet they continue to come, and go.

Time is an amazing thing. Anxiousness may well in the belly, however when considered deeply, it can be seen that this energy bubble which rises may be coming from elsewhere, being only a sensitivity to what is going on ‘out there’. Knowing that the emotions are only energy, breathing, they fade.

We are all highly sensitive … we are more connected than we have been taught to acknowledge.

The ocean of energy we swim in on a daily basis is opportunity to practice grounding, standing firm. These energetic impulses flow around, through, and past us. Sometimes it is easy to float along, coast on the current … and sometimes we dig in the heels and hold ground for a time.

The opportunity to build strength and endurance is what this life offers us. The difficult part is not growing bitter through the testing, to continue seeing the good, feeling the love, being compassionate and lifting each other, assisting each other to become more than we were before.

Kindness goes a long way, and we should be kind to ourselves also. Negative self talk will only reinforce what the bully once instilled in our mind. Break the habit of repeating those words and instead create a positive flow of affirmation.

Life is a gift, good things are coming, believe it.
