WOW! It is incredible how these emotions and feelings come in such waves! All of a sudden its like going under …. waiting for the flow to bring me back to the top. Fortunately, I’ve learned that this is the way it works. It took years of experience and trial and error, but then finally, I learned it’s best to settle in and relax for the ride. Breathing …… always breathing ….. a walk in the trees helps too.
I am certain I am not the only person who has noticed these waves coming in more frequently. Change is among us. We don’t see it, but we sure can feel it. Do your best … western medical Dr’s will prescribe medicines to make it go away, take them if you need them, but do your best to get used to the flow. The flow will become stronger over time, and so will you, if you practice your breathing, and focus on the energy moving from your mind, to chest and shoulders, to tummy and back, to legs and then out your feet … back to the earth where it’ll do it’s job.
It’s tough being sensitive. There are a lot of us here.
Try to train your mind and body to deal with this naturally. One day you will need to call upon this strength you’ll be building, it’s for your benefit … and the benefit of all others.
Practice. Seek out others who are working on building inner strength … not of body, but of spirit, mind, soul. Step through fear. If it will not cause physical harm, you are just all butterflying in the tummy about it, step through it, don’t let it stop you from becoming the courageous person you are meant to be.
And just now, I notice the wave that was upon me has dissipated. It’s like smoking, or not …… the craving goes by in about 5 minutes (I quit in 2003). While the craving (or the force of this energetic flow) is upon us though, it seems nearly unbearable!
Trust me, you have it in you to overcome so much!
